Founded in 2025 by Ayden Tingen, we've continued to build our business on Jesus, hard work, and friendly, professional practices. Spending time on-site and in the landfill takes the hard work, scent-shielding grit, and rugged reliability. We've got two taglines: 'Know The Rhino' is the first. The rhino is our team, and you're getting to know our team when you work with us. So you're getting to "Know The Rhino". The other, less unique, but just as meaningful tagline is 'Let's Clear It'. It symbolizes what we do: clearing spaces and setting sites.

Founded by Ayden Tingen (owner of Tinco, LLC), The Site Setters was born out of a genuine joy for helping people and the physical challenge of removal work. Whether it's hauling away clutter or tackling complex demolition, we make the heavy lifting look easy so it's never a hassle for you. If you meet him, he'll make sure you feel welcomed. Whether that's playing catch with your kids on-site or simply matching your energy, he's got you, along with the rest of the team.
