If the foundation is non-existent on your structure, or you want it removed too, the ground below is more often than not rough after the total demolition. This is why we package in light grading with foundation removal!

Like identifying where underground utilities are present, marking the safety zones, staying up to code, and taking many more steps to insure you're not only satisfied, but safe.
