Whether it's subflooring, carpet, hardwood, concrete or whatever type of flooring it may be, it can get into pretty bad shape overtime. No matter how much you clean or maintain it. 

It's like you're the landlord, and the flooring is the tenant who doesn't pay you. It's time to evict the flooring and get a new one who can pay up! Now, we don't replace the flooring, but we take the first step into doing that. What we do is come on an agreed date and time, start ripping the floor up by carefully cutting them into manageable pieces and pulling them up. Then we'll load them in the trailer and properly dispose of them!
